LRESB was incorporated to enhance the development and management of property projects under LCDA Group. Its present principal activities are in the property development, construction and facilities management.

 

LRESB, the property arm of LCDA Group has played a major role in fostering property industry growth throughout the State by actively patricipating in both Government and commercial project developments such as urban renewal and sub urban redevelopment. The main objective in implementing these projects are to stimulate State's economic growth and improve the community's quality of life through employment and business opportunities.
